This policy covers the NHS ecosystem and its administrative companion services within nabil-PM, provided by Alnon Group of Systems and Networks for network owners.

This document explains our privacy practices and data handling across our services. Please review the specific policies for each service/application using the quick navigation links above.

Our Core Privacy Principles:

• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
• We do not serve ads in our administrative dashboards or applications.
• Data handling is limited to what is necessary to provide network-owner administration, customization, and support services.

2. Web Platform Privacy Policy (Web Panel & Landing Page)

This section governs your use of the central web administration portal and configuration site for the nhs system.

2.1 Data Processed and Purpose

• Account Data: Includes username, email address, phone number, and account status provided by the network owner for registration and administrative login.
• Network and Settings Data: Network name, customization choices, and templates saved by the network owner for use with their services.
• Media Assets: Brand logos, backgrounds, and promotional graphics uploaded by the network owner for their customer-facing pages.
• Technical Logs: Audit logs of administrative changes and synchronization logs to ensure server stability and diagnostic support.

2.2 Cookies and Local Storage

The platform uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain administrative sessions and display preferences. They are not used to track browsing outside our services.

3. Customization App Privacy Policy (Customize My Networks / Advanced Network Customization)

This section covers the NHS v5 mobile app and its network customization services for network owners.

3.1 Application Operation & Data Handling

The mobile app helps network owners manage their settings and services through a simplified interface.

• Access data: The app uses authorization issued for the network-owner account to verify available services and stores it locally on the administrator's device.
• Network settings: The app processes the settings and templates the owner chooses to view, edit, or synchronize.

3.2 Device Permissions & Security

All communication between the Customization App and the Web Platform is secured using HTTPS. The app does not request or access private mobile data such as location, contacts, or personal media files.

4. nPM Tunnel Privacy Policy

nPM Tunnel is an administrative NHS companion tool for registered network owners and administrators to reach a network selected and managed by that network owner.

4.1 Connection Traffic and User Control

• The user chooses which apps use the connection or which apps continue directly outside it.
• The network owner may limit access to selected network ranges or use full routing when the limit is disabled.
• The NHS coordination service does not collect tunnel traffic content or use it for advertising, analytics, profiling, or resale.

4.2 Limited Operational Data

• NHS receives start, heartbeat, and stop events associated with the network permit to coordinate connection state.
• These events contain operational state and timing, not tunnel traffic content or browsing history.
• Operational data is used only for service functionality and is not shared with third parties.
• App choices, network ranges, and display preferences are stored locally on the user\'s device.
