Unified Terms of Service

1. General System Terms and Service Scope

These terms govern the NHS ecosystem and its administrative companion services within nabil-PM, provided by Alnon Group of Systems and Networks for network owners.

By using a service, you agree to the terms that apply to it and to operate within the permissions granted for your network.

2. Web Platform Terms of Service (Web Panel & Landing Page)

These terms govern use of the administration panel and its available services.

2.1 License Grant and Restrictions

You may use the platform to manage networks you own or are authorized to administer. You may not misuse or disrupt the service or attempt to access other accounts or networks.

2.2 Account Credentials and User Content

• You are solely responsible for securing your administrative password, system access keys, and profile files.
• The network owner is responsible for the content and links uploaded or shown to their customers.
• The network owner is responsible for their local settings and the access credentials issued for their services.

2.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

We continuously work to improve service stability. Some functions may be affected by network, device, or connectivity settings, and the network owner remains responsible for reviewing settings before applying them to customers.

3. Customization App Terms of Service (Customize My Networks / Advanced Network Customization)

These terms govern the NHS v5 mobile app and its network customization services.

3.1 Access and Control Responsibility

The mobile application uses access data issued for the network-owner account.

• Any configuration modifications, package updates, or schema changes performed using your API key are deemed authorized by you, and you assume full responsibility for their outcome.
• You must immediately revoke or disable the access key from the Web Panel if your mobile device is lost, stolen, or compromised.

3.2 Updates

The app may require periodic updates to continue receiving new services and improvements. We recommend using the latest version available from the official store.

4. nPM Tunnel Terms of Service

These terms govern nPM Tunnel as an administrative companion to NHS services provided to registered network owners and administrators.

4.1 Authorized Use

• Use the tool only with a network you own or are authorized to administer.
• The network owner is responsible for the selected destination, configuration, and access permissions.
• The tool may not be used for unauthorized access or activity that violates applicable rules.

4.2 Operation and Compatibility

Connection results may vary with network setup, device, and operating-system version. We will continue improving stability and compatibility, while the user remains responsible for reviewing their choices and network setup when access is unavailable.
